Dental FAQs to Easy Your Appointment Anxiety | Vivid Dental

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card (if you plan to use dental insurance), and completed new patient forms (you can find these on each location's individual page). If you have your dental records and x-rays, please bring them with you as well.

How can I pay for my dental treatment?

Vivid Dental accepts credit and debit card payments. We accept most insurances and will even file your claim for you! We also offer financing options through our in-house payment plans and CareCredit. Contact our front desk to learn more about your individual payment options.

Is Vivid Dental right for me?

At Vivid Dental we always put our patients first, making their needs and concerns our top priority. We will always work with you to find the right treatment for your oral history and service needs, payment plan, and home dental routine for you.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurances and will even file your claim for you! You can view a list of popular accepted insurances on our home page. To ask questions about your specific insurance plan, please contact the front desk at your nearest location today.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We offer financing options through our in-house payment plans and the CareCredit program. By applying for CareCredit you will receive a credit card for you and your family that can be used to cover most services and procedures - including 6 month check-ups, gum disease treatment and prevention, even dental implants!

Do you treat children?

At Vivid Dental we offer a wide range of dental services for the entire family. Although we do not specialize in pediatrics, we can provide the highest quality oral healthcare for children through regular cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatment.
